Spontaneous public demonstration of support for Prince SAS Albert II of Monaco, on the occasion of his 66th birthday

This spontaneous and festive public event would take place on Thursday March 14 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Prince's birthday, on the Place du Palais from where the sovereign will be able to greet the gathering of His citizens and participate in a crowd bath.

An invitation is extended to all citizens, residents, workers and schoolchildren to join the event. This will be an opportunity to demonstrate to the Sovereign the attachment and affection that the entire population of Monaco has for Him, to celebrate together the successes of the Principality and to strengthen the feeling of community and national pride.

It will be a spontaneous movement in support of the princely family on this symbolic day, in a busy media period.

The Prince of Monaco marks two important milestones today:

– his 66th birthday

– the upcoming start of his 20th year of reign.

It is a moment of reflection on two decades of visionary leadership and deep commitment to the development of Monaco.

Under the aegis of the Prince, the Principality of Monaco has established itself as a model of modern and sustainable urban development. Each year, the country achieves new milestones in innovation, green technology and sustainable urban planning, underscoring His Serene Highness's unwavering commitment to a better future for all.

Schedule of the day:

11:15 a.m. : Beginning of arrival of citizens on the Square

11:55 a.m. : Changing of the guard accompanied by the orchestra (25 people) & appearance of HSH Prince Albert II on the balcony + national anthem sung by the crowd

12:05 p.m. : Aubade of the Carabiniers orchestra

12:15 p.m. : Arrival of the Princely family through the Porte d'Honneur and cake delivery – “Happy Birthday” music played by the orchestra + sung by the crowd

12:20 – 12:30 p.m. : Crowd bath of HSH the Sovereign Prince

12:30 p.m. : Dispersal of the gathering
